Terms and Conditions of Marshmellow Surf Co.® & Marshmellow Surf Indonesia®

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a stay or activity with Marshmellow Surf Company® and Marshmellow Surf Indonesia®, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Please review them thoroughly prior to making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payments
For bookings in Lombok, full payment is required at the time of reservation to confirm your spot.
For bookings in Sri Lanka, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair and transparent. By booking your spot at our surf camp, you agree to the terms outlined below:

Cancellations by the Customer:
•⁠  ⁠30+ days before the check-in date: You are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
•⁠  15 to 29 days before the start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
•⁠  ⁠14 days or less before the start date: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
•⁠  ⁠No Show or Early Departure: No refund or credit will be issued if you fail to show up for the camp or leave before the scheduled end of your camp.

Cancellations or Modifications by Us:
•⁠  ⁠If we need to cancel or modify the camp for any other reason, we will provide you with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Booking Modifications:
•⁠  ⁠If you wish to change the dates or package of your reservation, please inform us at least 14 days before the start date of your camp. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, depending on availability.

Refund Process:
•⁠  ⁠All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Additional Notes:
•⁠  ⁠No refunds will be granted for changes in your personal circumstances or if you simply change your mind about attending.
•⁠  ⁠If your visa or travel arrangements are delayed, we cannot offer any refunds due to such issues.
•⁠  ⁠In the event of any cancellations, we will keep you updated and offer the best solutions to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.

4. Changes by Us
We may occasionally need to make changes to the scheduled itineraries or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you as early as possible and provide suitable alternatives.

5. Your Responsibilities
You must ensure that you are medically and physically fit to participate in surfing and other activities.Compliance with all safety directives from our staff is mandatory.We are not responsible for any personal injuries or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

6. Insurance
Participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for water sports and other related activities.

7. Limitation of Liability
Marshmellow Surf Company® and Marshmellow Surf Indonesia® will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from incidents that are outside of our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other acts of God.

8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of processing your booking and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and any disputes will be resolved in local jurisdiction.

10. Scooter policy
Only guests with valid driving licenses and personal travel insurance can enjoy complimentary scooter usage provided within our facility, following safety regulations.
